Dopo il tumulto e l’emergenza di questi ultimi giorni, l’aria serena della mattina e di questo cielo quasi sgombro da nubi ha in sè qualcosa di beffardo e amaro.
Un tortino classicissimo e una ricetta facile facile, per un weekend lungo, dolce e senza pensieri.
Tortino con pere e cioccolato
Ingredienti (per 10 porzioni)
2 uova
100 gr di zucchero
125 gr di yogurt intero
1/2 bicchiere scarso di extra vergine
1/2 bicchiere di latte
240 gr di farina manitoba
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 pera abate grande e matura
3 cucchiai di cacao in polvere
Accendere il forno a 180°. Sbucciare la pera e tagliarla a cubetti. In una ciotola sciogliere lo zucchero con le uova, lo yogurt, l’olio e un po’ di latte. Mescolare bene, poi unire la farina e il lievito fino ad avere un composto omogeneo e di un cremoso abbastanza denso. Unirvi i pezzetti di pera tenendone da parte una decina (da mettere nelle formine alla fine). Ungere gli stampini da muffin e riempirli con circa metà del composto. Aggiungere nella ciotola il cacao in polvere e mescolare di nuovo bene, poi versare il composto al cacao nelle formine sopra l’altro. Mescolare i due composti leggermente con uno stecchino e posizionare al centro di ognuno un pezzo della pera tenuta da parte senza farlo sprofondare (questo servirà a non far fare la montagnola durante la cottura). Infornare e cuocere per circa mezz’ora. Far raffreddare nel forno e sformare i tortini quando saranno completamente freddi. Guarnirli con una crema di cioccolato fuso con pochissimo latte.

mi piacciono questi tortini, e sono quasi stupita. In genere quando leggo una ricetta e la trovo interessante, la prima cosa che mi viene spontaneo fare è di pensarla per me, ovvero personalizzarla, andando a modificare questo o quello. Con questa ricetta non mi è successo, strano, nè? Eppure pare proprio che la trovi perfetta così, anzi è persino di classe, tò! Se riesco, può pure essere che sarà il mio dolcetto consolatorio ;)
