Cosa mi frulla per la zucca

Il tempo proprio non c’è. Passano i giorni uno dietro l’altro e benchè io stia lavorando solo per modo di dire, a giorni alterni e godendomi il più possibile la mia bimbotta che cresce ogni giorno, il tempo per occuparmi di altre cose proprio non c’è. In cucina, beh devo dire che a casa nostra si mangia sempre piuttosto bene, ma in modo meno organizzato e meticoloso di un tempo, poche volte preparo qualcosa di degno a pranzo (con una luce giusta per fotografare) e un po’ più spesso metto in tavola qualcosa di interessante a cena (luce pessima), il tutto però orientato più all’equilibrio, alla bontà, e alla brevità di fornello, piuttosto che ad abbinamento, tecnica ed innovazione. Ciononostante in questi mesi, non sono mai entrata nell’ottica di abbandonare il mio bloggetto, anzi tutt’altro…penso sempre a come fare per postare più spesso, per cucinare qualcosa che non sia un compromesso tra la tavola, la famiglia, l’infanzia e la mia voglia di essere mamma, solo che più mi programmo e più i programmi vanno all’aria e avanti così, pazienza… :-)
Qualche giono fa ho iniziato una zucca dell’orto di papy che sto utilizzando in vari modi (anche Beatrice ha avuto modo di apprezzare), cercando anche di perfezionare la ricettona degli gnocchi, interessantissimi e superbuoni a patto di azzeccare la consistenza :D
Gnocchi di zucca
Ingredienti
500 gr di zucca cotta al forno (o lessata)
200 gr di farina 00 (indicativamente)
poco parmigiano
un paio di amaretti sbriciolati
burro fuso
Frullare la zucca, salare leggermente, unire la farina e mescolare. Si otterrà un composto omogeneo e molto morbido, meno che cremoso (per intenderci, niente a che fare con l’impasto degli gnocchi di patate). Servendosi di due cucchiaini prelevare il composto e farlo cadere in abbondante acqua bollente salata, ci si fa la mano subito, bisogna essere un po’ veloci. Con la schiumarola prelevare gli gnocchi man mano che vengono a galla e passarli a fuoco dolcissimo in una padella con il burro fuso. Impiattare, spolverare di parmigiano grattugiato e con un pizzico di amaretto sbriciolato.
questi gnocchi mi fanno venire una fame…ore 8 e 50 e ne mangerei un piatto!

Salsadisapa, io dal tuo blog non passo più sennò muoio di invidia per la tua bravura… la zucca, questa qui non so come si chiama ma era proprio una zucca classica -di halloween per capirci- in un formato medio-piccolo. Certamente anche il mio impasto era un po’ liquido e a rimetterci è soprattutto l’estetica del piatto perchè gli gnocchi non vengono ben ‘definiti’, però se la zucca è gustosa si può mettere un po’ di farina in più senza coprirne troppo il sapore e migliorandone la compattezza… mai ricetta fu più aleatoria :D
