Attenzione! Attenzione! Ho scovato grazie alla mia amica Sabina questa iniziativa bellissima dal nome ‘Il Fiore nel Piatto’ volta ad offrire una possibilità di supporto al tema della nutrizione: un percorso naturalistico gratuito attraverso la campagna dedicato a chiunque cerchi l’opportunità di approfondire le informazioni su una corretta alimentazione.
Le giornate a tema si svolgono di sabato presso la Cascina Molino Torrine di Cavaglià (Biella), a meno di un’ora da Torino (mappa)
Ma oltre alle date indicate in locandina si organizzano percorsi naturalistici e didattici e mezze giornate per gruppi o scuole anche in date diverse, basta prenotare!
Programma indicativo della giornata a tema:

dalle 10 alle 12 percorso didattico con guida attraverso la coltivazione di aromatiche a cielo aperto e riconoscimento di erbe spontanee eduli locali
ore 12 bevanda rinfrescante / aperitivo
dalle 12,30 chi lo desidera può partecipare al Pranzo Naturale in Agriturismo (solo al sabato e prenotando entro il giovedì) oppure può assaporare il nuovo menù vegetariano proposto in una cascina adiacente! Il dopopranzo è libero, ci si può fermare ad oltranza passeggiando intorno al laghetto con le oche o sedendosi nei prati………..se il clima lo permette, i bimbi (dai 3 anni in poi) possono approfittare di una passeggiata nei boschi con gli asinelli, accompagnati dal proprietario della cascina.
