In cucina (come del resto in ogni campo) non sono mai stata una scientifica, per cui non ho gran dimestichezza con dosaggi e grammature. Ho sempre usato due soli strumenti, sensibilità verso gli ingredienti e ricerca degli abbinamenti. Ho tutto da imparare, basi comprese, La scrittura è stata per me un’altalena sulla quale a tratti ho trovato forza e risorse, e a tratti scoramento e lunghissimi silenzi. Mai nulla però mi ha tolto dalla testa l’importanza delle parole, espressione più alta di ogni umana emozione.
