Tornare a casa

Io le orecchiette non le so fare, non le ho mai nemmeno viste preparare se non -credo- qualche volta in TV, ma sono per certo un formato di pasta che mi piace un sacco, un po’ ruvide e non tanto piccole, con quella forma a conchiglietta che raccoglie il sugo, somigliano a bocche di pesci aperte per mangiare. Devo farmi dare la ricetta e voglio provare a farle, magari in una bella domenica mattina di fine inverno, mi alzerei con calma ma non tanto tardi, uscirei a piedi per prendere il cappuccino fuori, e passerei al negozietto aperto in cerca di pochi ingredienti e qualche ispirazione, due verdure fresche, la farina, un pezzo di formaggio buono, il pane ancora caldo e forse anche un dolcino appena fatto.
E poi tornare a casa, dove la dispensa è in disordine e il frigo sempre pieno, i gesti consueti sanno di buono e quelli inconsueti fanno un po’ sorridere, i bicchieri sono al loro posto e i piatti quelli nuovi, apparecchiare e stappare, mescolare e impastare, spezzettare e provare, pulire e infarinare, ridere e assaggiare, condire e aspettare, parlare e cucinare.
Orecchiette poetiche con broccoli e salsiccia
Igredienti (per due persone)
100 gr di orecchiette De Cecco
100 gr di broccoli già lessati
80 gr di salsiccia fresca
1 spicchio d’aglio
1 peperoncino essicato
poco extra vergine d’oliva
acqua e sale
Cuocere i broccoli in acqua salata (i fiori e anche qualche foglia tra le più tenere), prelevarli dalla pentola quando sono anora un po’ croccanti e metterli da parte. Nell’acqua di cottura mettere a cuocere le orecchiette. Intanto in una padella antiaderente soffriggere la salsiccia a pezzetti senza il budello (non occorre mettere olio) con l’aglio e il peperoncino sbriciolato. Unirvi i broccoli, salare e far insaporire un paio di minuti. Scolare le orecchiette al dente e un po’ umide e saltarle in padella col condimento e un filo d’olio extra vergine a crudo. con dispiacere ho marcato nel mio reader questo post come letto, volevo tenerlo ancora un po’ per vedere sempre la prima fotografia,c he in giorni come questi mi mette di buon umore, qui fa un buio!!!!
Pensa che io quando scendo a Roma in macchina riempio il cofano di pasta De Cecco. Nel mio supermercato qui in Germania l’avevano per un periodo limitato (io ero felicissima), poi l’hanno sostituita con una pasta made in Germany schifosissima. Ho telefonato alla centrale per lamentarmi (probabilemente ero l’unica che la comprava!). Dopo due anni dalla mia telefonata proprio la settimana scorsa mi ritrovo la De Cecco negli scaffali. Evvvaiiii. Purtroppo solo spaghetti, penne e fusilli. Ma da mezza abruzzese sono felice lo stesso. Orecchiette e broccoli è sicuramente anche uno degli abbinamenti della mente di Dio :-) Buona giornata e scusa per questo commento chilometrico
